How it's all began...
I started to breed chihuahuas 15 years ago. I started with one and as right "milksop", she slept in my bed with me. When my husband moved to my household, bed gaiety were stoped. But in this time I had 2 chihuahuas. Mother and doughter. Later come my son and groom for chihuahuas. In this group we lived in 2 rooms flat on 4th floor without lift.
When chihuahua's pack grew on 5 members and I was waiting on second son, we had moved to familly house. My husband made super warmed kennel and yard with grass and trees. I let only maternity in house.
So my chihuahuas have right dog's life. Understand in positive meaning of
world and don't bind with statements: dog weather (bad weather/ and ect. They
have wild.
My opinion is , that chihuahua is dog as other one - need love, freedom and work.
When my chihuahuas didn't live in house with us, they made their own
hierarchy and excelent cooperated pack. That, they are fearless,impetuous,
persuade me XY their victims : moles, mice, rat, but unfortunately little birds
and two chickens.
Their hunting cooperation I saw when I tried used them for hunting.
We had a rabbit , whitch didn't want to stay in rabbit-hutch. He always ran to garden and ate vegetables. We, all familly, had to caught him every day.
But one time....
They met in garden. Rabbit on the run and chihuahuas on walk. In the moment when rabbit ran out from his cover, chihuahuas started hunting. Very ingenious hunting. Even they splited them. One group ran behind rabbit and the other group ran against him. This ,for what people spended 1-2 hours, these mites /1,5-2 kg/ do in few seconds. Since this day we have given up catching of rabbit on chihuahuas. I watched how they made better their hunting tactic. Last days of rabbit live (he ended in full health on fryer) they beated him on one place, to corner of garden, where was no way out...
